​I understand that circumstances may change, and while I’d love to keep you as part of our community, we know that sometimes cancellation is necessary. Please review the following terms related to membership cancellation.
 
1. Notice Period for Cancellation
 
If you decide to cancel your membership, we kindly ask that you provide one full month’s notice. This ensures a smooth transition for both you and Will.
 
2. Final Payment and Usage
 
Upon providing your cancellation notice, one final payment will be processed. For example, if your membership runs from the 7th of the month and you cancel on the 1st June, one final payment will be taken on the 7th June. This payment will cover your membership for the final month, allowing you to continue enjoying full access to all benefits and services during this period. You are welcome to make full use of your membership until the end of your notice period.
 
3. Purpose of Notice Period
 
We require a month’s notice to manage your transition with care and professionalism. This time allows us to ensure that you are fully supported up until your last day with us. It also enables us to offer your membership to someone on our reserve list, ensuring a seamless experience for all members.
 
4. How to Cancel
 
To cancel your membership, please submit your request via email or through our member portal. Your final membership period will run from the date of your final payment and conclude after one month.
