An initial assessment is the perfect place for us to begin. Every session begins with a Focus Calm assessment. This helps us to establish progress on your pre-shot routine, assess your quiet mind development, and determine your next steps in training. We work on this regularly to make it default over time. We'll then make plans for next steps together!
